Policy Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Customer and Staff Safety
At Greek Yachting Experiences and on our boats, safety and security of our guests and staff remain our highest priority. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. During the pandemic and the coronavirus threat, we have taken additional measures to make our cleaning and disinfection protocols even more extremely thorough and careful.
On board KALLISTA, we implement all necessary government’s recommendations for a safe working environment including additional cleaning.
We follow a 3-step process:
STEP 1
Since its previous charter, KALLISTA has been quarantined (for 72 hours) or sanitized with proposed and registered products. With the anti-viral, anti-bacterial disinfecting procedure, to eliminate viruses and bacteria and neutralize bad odors.
STEP 2
All our boats have always been cleaned to the highest standards, to provide our guests with a healthy and clean accommodation. We hoover all indoor areas as well immaculate cleaning of the outdoor areas (decks)
STEP 3
Before every charter, we conduct a thorough examination of all areas, so as you trip will be “spotless”. Additional antivirus and bacterial cleaning is performed 24 hours before charter. Hand sanitizers are placed indoors for guests use.
Additionally:
Anti-bacterial spray surface cleanser is available (subject to availability) on board for your use during your charter.
During arrival of guests, all paperwork procedures are made outside.
Our staff will be available to assist and support you in any way possible but will always follow our prescribed safety precautions.
Upon return of a charter, the boats are thoroughly checked and prepared for the next charter.
There is a flyer on board reminding you and the crew the health authorities guidelines regarding protection against Coronavirus.
Charter Flexibility
Given the current unique circumstances we are making additional adjustments to our booking policies. If you or member of your party are affected by Coronavirus or by quarantine or border closures, then you may rebook your charter or course to another date providing that the revised departure date is within 12 months of the original departure date. If the rescheduled booking is more expensive then the price difference will be due; otherwise, the price will remain unchanged.
